I have been jamming to this all day. They remind me of all of my guilty pleasure pop loves from middle school. I am completely confused why people are hating on them. I’m not even admitting this as a guilty pleasure because I honestly don’t understand what people don’t like about this. Doesn’t America swarm towards ‘quirky’ belty girls nowadays like flies on poo? The lyrics itself are nothing special, but the track rocks and this girl is actually singing. And isn’t relying solely on sex appeal or slathering herself with raw meat to get noticed. This is one of the best (LIVE!!!) performances I’ve seen in some time. Comparing this to Lana Del Rey is like comparing an air conditioner to a bottle of ketchup. It don’t make no sense. Rock on, Karmin. Whoever the fuck you are.
